Green asparragus & Jabugo ham Quiche (Barcelona)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 roll of brick paste
- 3 leeks
- 4 sweet onions
- 1 glass of cognac
- 6 eggs
- 2 bottles of milk cream (200 ml each one)
- 2 handfuls of green asparagus
- 150 grams of “jabugo” ham cutted very fine
- 150 grams of Mozzarela cheese
- Salt and pepper
- A nut of butter
