06.09.10 TWISTED ROPE

    Newer Older

My first Zentangle pattern! Making the horizontal distance between the dots wider or narrower will give you different effects. After you practice a few, you won't need to use the dots anymore :-)

I am so glad someone posted a way to do this. I've seen it in others' tangles, and it can be so pretty ... and useful. I tried to do it from one side to the other, and it never came out even. I look forward to trying this.

Yay! I have had so much trouble keeping my rope twists even. This should remedy that problem. Thanks!

It depends what you want to settle for, this isn't a typical three thread rope but a string of shapes!
