Y149, the days Fyansford pilot, fills in the last bit of it's shift with a potter over to the other side of the highway. It was sent to collect an ELX from the S.E.C. power station which overlooks Corio bay.
From memory, this facility, with it's "tippler" unloader, was already out of use by this stage and I had no idea as to why the wagon was there. Quite probably, this was the last locomotive to ever enter the site. The "Hill" sidings, through which access to here was gained, were still in use for some time after. This being mainly for the storage of "off register" rollingstock, waiting for their turn to be ushered into "Sims" scrapmetal yard.
