Folsom Lake Without Very Much Water

Panorama of Folsom Lake on 19 January 2014. We're have a severe drought in California right now as is shown by the extraordinarily low levels of Folsom Lake. It should be much closer to where I was standing. This is about as bad as the 1977 drought that I remember all too well... Effectively, we haven't had any rain for the past 14 months. Food prices are going to go up...
