Chewy chocolate caramel cookie concoction
While I didn't invent the recipe for this cookie, I did bastardise a recipe (no baking powder - use self-raising flour!). I think my master stroke was swapping out the 24 chocolate buttons for a whole bar of Whittakers Dark Caramel Chocolate. SO very chewy. I hope the remain chewy for the morning tea tomorrow and don't go horrible and crisp. *bleh* to crisp cookies.
