A medium sized pale green damselfly with bright yellow (male) or pale green tail (female).


Habits and Habitat: Common along the banks of ponds, rivers and canals. Also found frequently far away from water bodies.

Breeding: Shallow water bodies with profuse growth of grass and other aquatic plants.

Flight season: Throughout the year.

Distribution: Throughout the Oriental region.
