I LOVE mackerel, so I was so eager to try this recipe! I was unable to find Korean radishes, so I used potatoes. It's not very beautiful, but it was so flavorful! The potatoes soaked up the flavors of the sauce and the fish, and the fish itself was tender, juicy, and falling off the bones! I used anaheim peppers instead of Korean peppers and only added about a tablespoon of hot pepper flakes. Next time I'll try to find Korean radish to make this.
