sukjunamul, soybean sprout side dish with cucumber 02

This is sukjunamul I made yesterday afternoon. I LOVE cucumbers, so I added a whole julienned English cucumber and wow, so delicious! I also used a little bit of soy sauce instead of salt, and it added a nice bit of depth and a new flavor. I ate the photographed bowl with some rice - great light meal!
