jangjorim with eggs and sukjunamul

    I made the jangjorim last night and ate this plate today. On the bottom is jangjorim beef, in the middle is freshly made sukjunamul, and on top are the eggs from the jangjorim, my favorite part. I didn't have any rice with this, I was out. But it was still a wonderful meal - I can't wait to have the leftovers!

      Beautiful presentation! Mungbean sprouts, sliced egg, and jangjorim (salty beef side dish) ! Good combination! A bowl of rice, that's what you need. : )

      Thank you Maangchi! I was pretty proud of the plating on this one. It was very filling even without the rice, and so delicious!
