pajeon, green onion pancake

I like my jeon crispy, which some people might classify as 'burnt'. However, this was very tasty and I enjoyed it very much. The addition of the doenjang made the flavor a little deeper, a touch earthy. I'm not fond of the bits of soybean in my doenjang, so before I added it I pushed it through a strainer to get rid of the big pieces.


I used Maangchi's recipe.
