One of the best meals we had was at the Cuisinart Resort...a hotel devoted to high-quality food that grows everything in their on-site hydroponic farms. We chose the tasting menu and literally had samples of every entree, appetizer, and dessert on the menu. All of the food was fantastic and there was so much it completely filled us up. Here are the entrees, complete with filet mignon, roasted lamb, mahi mahi, mushroom risotto, a pumpkin side dish, and another fish dish I've since forgotten.
