Flying Scot Workshop.

A Flying Scot frame in the finishing process in the old Murray Street workshop. Note the row of forks hanging at the top left of the photograph. It looks like open-hearth brazing work is going on under the canopy. 1950s? You can see that Mercian Cycles of Derby still use the open-hearth method in production of their hand-crafted frames today.
