The House That Jack Built (well played in anyway...)
My little cousin came to visit so I decided to do some strobing!
The sun was bright which isn't great light for protraits, but then he started playing in my daughters plastic play house.
I loved how the sun lit up the house so I decided to grab a couple of shots of him.
It was Guerrilla-Strobing at it's best! I grabbed my flash and triggers and had the flash handheld in my left hand and my camera in my right!
You can see the green plastic window on the left, the flash was pointing through one of the squares in the window (to keep it out of shot and avoid casting shadow from the plastic window)
As soon as the flash went off I got his attention, but as he's a 1 year old, I had about 3 seconds to check my shot, adjust my settings and fire off a few more frames before he got bored! This was my favourite shot.
