Project 365 #61: 020317 Log Splitting

The saga of the roof on one of our school buildings continues. The tree is now off the roof and the damage is a bit worse than I first thought. Lots of slates gone, though the joists look in pretty good shape so it's not all bad.

 

This is the bloody huge tree that came down, which has been cut through but not removed yet. I like the colour contrast of the inner wood.
