Holyrood voted the Bill through on Thursday 22nd December. Equalities legislation, which the new Scottish GR law will interact with, is reserved to the Westminster-based UK parliament. Both UK Scottish secretary Alister Jack and women and equalities minister Kemi Badenoch have expressed concerns.
