2010_05_31 Min zentangle - seaweed

Newer Older

When they say 'finish your zentangle in one sitting' ... they really don't mean 9 weeks, do they :-)

I realised today that the reason I'm struggling to work on the really BIG zentangle I'm doing, is because I had this one sitting neglected and unfinished in my folder.

Of course you can, Diva :-)

The two pasifika-styled leaves are the last ones I did - changed the whole feel of the piece. I'm rather happy with it.

Min-- I love the mix of the flowy lilting seaweed and the inner structure contrast.

I ran a kids zentangle class in my holiday programmes on Friday - omigosh the original patterns THEY came up with on their first attempts!

You're welcome Nev :-) Tis usually the other way around! I've had lots of inspiration from your designs over the last couple of years.
