Southerly blow out
Sydney has been sitting in a mass of high pressure systems of late, so the sky has been clear most mornings. Thursday night a Southerly came through bringing some much needed rain and what I was hoping for, clouds.
The wind was too strong to go to my choice spot for that morning of South Long Reef so I headed to the old trusty Turimetta instead. The headland blocked the wind and allowed me to get some shots in without a drama. Tide was an hr from full and there wasn't much swell. Didn't get a lot of cloud colour but it was nice to get out and back home before the traffic.
