Sorry I am so far behind in posting and commenting. I am still traveling, so it will be a week or so before I am back on track. This is a phone cam shot of downtown Keene, NH. I went to a few years of high school in Keene and my family has been there for almost 30 years. I have a love-hate relationship with Keene. I was thinking this morning that the places we are from are the places that have made the deepest impacts on our hearts. I have moved about 16 times - not counting in town moves - and some of those places still shape who I am today. Keene is one of those places. It's a bit like a crazy uncle. You wouldn't have chosen him, but amongst all the madness there are some gems you couldn't have gotten from anyone else. There is nothing particularly crazy about Keene, per se. The craziness exists in the relationship between Keene and me. Probably there is a place you feel the same about.
