    Maraline, Alex, Dr Monkey: Thank you all! I agree that it looks very fresh, doesn't it? Esquire had a pretty high standard of design from what I have seen. Unfortunately my copy of this has been scribbled on in pencil, but fortunately most of it hasn't really shown up. Also, my scanner wasn't big enough to get the whole cover in!

    Oh yes - well spotted! A very late 50s, early 60s face. I wonder if the fact that she had stolen Rita's mailbox led to any awkward moments?
