Hadeda Ibis - Enelerai, Kenya
This thick billed wader was relatively common if there was grass and water. The green iridescent isn't always visible, as most iridescent colors are. They were extremely noisy when in flight especially when there was a flock all moving to the trees together. This was taken in a creek bed where the locals would water their animals. It was filled with sandpipers, plovers, cranes and songbirds.
