Pine nut oil, crazy expensive but also crazy sensational nutty flavor, when you open this bottle you get an uuuummmphhh of a smell.....wow. I use this to make an eggless mayonnaise thats served with cured and 3 months air dried wagyu beef, accompanied by compressed asian pear and chopped pine nuts.....you dont know what happens to your taste buds!
