Mannicott
Most people have Ham for Christmas. Boring. My Mom made Manicott and Braciole. Super tasty and different. I annoyed the hell out of her taking these pictures. The different steps to the Manicott.
The shells she makes the day before. So is the cheese mixture. It's ricotta cheese and the sauce homemade too. She doesn't buy any of this stuff.
