This cake was made from the Wilton Giant Cupcake pan. I used a pound cake mix and didn't have any problems with the top cooking faster than the bottom as others have stated. I used a marshmallow buttercream icing, a recipe shared by a friend. I used the 1M Wilton tip.
It was my first attempt. Not the best but not horrible, I don't think anyway. I'm a bit annoyed that some of the crisco and flour from the pan stuck to the cake. Oh well.
