Island Life & Afterlife! Explore #273..............Good viewed Large if you have time!
St Thomas' Parish Church which was erected sometime in the first quarter of the nineteenth century, probably in 1812. It occupies the site and retains the name of an earlier church, built in 1722.
This wonderful Church and churchyard is situated on the tiny Island of Rathlin situated off the extreme North Eastern coast of Northern Ireland. It occupies a beautifully elevated site overlooking the stunning ittle harbour of Rathlin.
It is truly spectacular and a photographers Paradise!
I had a wonderful Photoshoot there with my Flickr Friends Sewerdoc and TT Faughan.
