HEAD TO THE LEFT

I've not uploaded for a while and apologies for not commenting on others' photos but life has been getting in the way of photography. Anyway, I took this in Canterbury a few weeks back. I liked the reflection of the trees in the water but decided to remove all the colour to draw attention to the head sculpture. The head is about 8 feet tall and quite striking up close. I'll post one of it on its own later. Enjoy.

    Nice photo, really works in b&w although the head just seems out of place.

    I do like the photo, but I think there are other ways to make the head the focus of the photo rather than selective coloring, because this sort of makes it look photoshopped in.
