Cockatiel

There were a few of these unique birds around where I travelled west of the Great Dividing Range from QLD through NSW, mostly flying in pairs, threes or fours. The largest flock I saw was seven, just north of Moree. This photo was taken approx. 600km south-west of Moree.

Scientific name: Nymphicus hollandicus

Sex: Female & male

Location: Euabalong, NSW, Australia.
