"carat chew": anise ganache (easy to do -- infuse the cream with star anise before mixing with the ss chocolate) on a carrot halva (an "indian" recipe from an old candy book Chef had) on cardamom shortbread (added fresh ground cardamom to a plain shortbread recipe) enrobed in chocolate with extra cocoa butter for ease-of-use. Not quite what I wanted, but close. I didn't have time to stop by and get all my vegan organic blah blah ingredients. The pattern on top is a squiggle of tempered chocolate on a transfer sheet pressed into the freshly enrobed chocolate so it would stick..
