The most interesting thing about my dessert was writing "turtle" in Russian on it. Salted caramel mousse with a crackeline cookie and a "flaming peanut" with chocolate and salted caramel sauces.
Tabitha thought the idea was brilliant so I had to do it (not exactly a dare, but my "imp of the perverse" is rather strong when nudged on by other's mischievousness. And I like Tabitha. She's gold.)
