Red and White Wine Vinaigrettes
Sweet - whisk Wolf Creek White Lies (sweet table white wine), vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and some fresh herbs.
Savory - whisk Wolf Creek Redemption (sweet table red wine), Dijon mustard, vinegar, chopped garlic and chives.
Slowly whisk in olive oil to create an emulsification. Put on veggies. EAT.
