Turducken of the Sea
Caryn had a lovely salad with huge carmelized bay scallops, which were incredible, better than any I've had before.
I had a baked 1/2 lobster stuffed with clams, shrimp, and scallops. Yes. Stuffed. You see, when one reaches a certain level of decadence, mere lobster is no longer stimulating. Bring me a lobster, boy, and have it filled with other, lesser sea creatures!!!
