Thai Crab Chili Paste for You

This evening I had free time so I would love to cook delicious Thai food for our dinner tonight :-). Thai Crab Chili Paste ( Poo Pud Num Prig Pow) is one of my favorite Thai dishes and also very famous Thai food. Please don't be afraid of its taste because it is not spicy but sweet :-)..Of course, it is very delicious because it is cooked by Miss Jasmine, a good Thai cooker :-)..I confirm.m..m.m.. :-) Enjoy eating :-)..Guten Appetit :-) ^__^

INGREDIENTS...

 

1 large crab (or 1 1/2 lbs. smaller crabs)

1 white onion

2 Chinese celery

3 spring onions (scallions)

2 fresh red chilies

1 garlic

1 tbsp. roasted chili paste (nam prik pao)

1 egg

Oyster sauce (Mae Krua), Fish sauce, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Sunflower oil

 

PREPARATION....

 

1.Wash the crab, remove the shell, chop into pieces, and crack the claws and legs (by hitting with the blunt edge of a heavy cleaver).

 

2.Fry garlic on hot pan containing sunflower oil. Add red chilies and chili paste,cook it for about 10 minutes with medium heat.

 

3.Add the crab and egg fry until done and then add oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar. Mix all together.

 

4. Chop the onion, celery, and spring onion, add these to the mixture in the pan and continue cooking until done. Then dip onto a dish and serve with Jasmine rice.
