      I like the texture and straying threads in this. It reminds me of how much I want and need to learn to accept and incorporate what may seem to be problematic in a material. My natural tendency is to be Miss Neatnik, even though both my eyes and hands crave depth, texture and complexity in surfaces. Your willingness to accept, use and enjoy what I would probably have blindly viewed as a problem is a great lesson. I enjoyed reading the accompanying blog article.

      Thank you, Aranthe! I know what you mean about being neat. I think one of the things that I love about embroidery is that the textures kind of force you to accept a little chaos. Almost embrace it. It is a natural fit for me in that sense. Thanks again for your comment!
