Garthamlock Water Towers at Night
These water towers, which remain in use, feed water to the local area on the outskirts of Glasgow from Loch Katrine in Scotland. They are fantastically floodlit at night. The light directed at the tanks and at the supporting structures appears to cycle independently, offering a variety of combinations. The images here hopefully reflect this and were made using a relatively humble Canon PowerShot A640 compact digital camera.
