Don't you just love the tree branch outside the big window? These old window seats are so *charming* in older houses. ~~~ Ooooh, Yeah = I was brought up on A CHILD'S GARDEN OF VERSES -- many editions available. / This one is extremely NiCe*!!!

hi--i would love to use this on my blog; i just so happen to be doing a post about an old song "scarlett ribbons" today and was collecting images when i came across this one.

it's strange though, i was not able to find this book anywhere else. i wonder if the paper cover was completely different, or if there were many illustrators, or what. do you happen to know?

      thanks

      first off lotusgreen,
feel free to use the image for your blog
...as to the variations of covers, i dont know too much about other versions.
This copy is filled with a great many excellent illustrations by Florence Edith Storer, and the cover illustration is printed directly on the front, there was no sleeve. So its sort of a mix between hardback and paperback. Hope that helps
