The End of the Tunnel

    There's a lot of sayings that refer to hope as a "light at the end of the tunnel". In reality, hope is what you make of it. Hope is not that sitting duck of light at the end of the tunnel. More often in life, you have to bring the light yourself and find yourself the end of the tunnel -- even in the darkness of night.

    The Philippines never had a bloody revolution, because the people I believe tend to sit back and wait for that lighted end of the tunnel cloaked in hope. There won't be. There would only be if the people would bring in the fire themselves and pulverize part of the tunnel just to grasp that free clean air of harmony, development and peace.

      almost scary... looks like this cave is one of those that locals will call "taw-an" (haunted).
