Burdock Root ala Cooking Mama
So last week i had a Twitter about a burdock root dish that was inspired from a recipe level on Cooking Mama for Nintendo DS. Well i got a lot of questions about the dish and one request for a photo of what it looked like. I decided to make the same burdock root dish again, changing it just a little.
It's basically:
• Burdock Root (or Gobo) flakes
• Carrot flakes
• Green Beans
• minced Cayenne Pepper (no seeds)
• and crushed Garlic
stir fried in Coconut Oil
• on a bed of Quinoa noodles
