Timberline Lodge Blue Ox Bar

All built by hand with what was found during the Great Depression. Basalt masonry is local rock, glass shards from scrap.

The bar was a storage area and then turned into a basement bar. The masonry was all done by hand as was the sign, with found local material so many years ago. This building holds up to raging blizzards all winter long, from 1937 on.
