The verdict

Top: Pork ribs smoked for 7 hours. Not enough heat/time to get the meat to pull of the bone, but it had an intense smoke flavor that was quite delicious.

 

Bottom: Baked ribs with a honey glaze sauce...super super juicy and tender, meat literally falling off the bone.

 

The judges claimed a tie. But I give a slight nudge to the smoked ribs which had better flavor.
