Boiled broccoli and baked chicken. We're still experimenting with the chicken marinade...this was a strange brew of soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, a whole orange, beer, garlic and some chicken rub from Target.
Didn't turn out too bad...But I think next time we need more sugar. Because I'm a sugar addict.
