Acquerello - Dinner
Roasted Mediterranean red mullet over potato puree with Ligurian walnut and parsley pesto. Paired with Greco di Tufo, Colli di Castelfranci 2006: I didn't like this dish...too bland, unexciting combination of textures. I loved the presentation though.
