Okazu Ya - Dinner
From left to right: Hamachi (Yellowtail Tuna), Tai (Pacific Snapper), Mirugai (Giant Clam). I still haven't found a clam nigiri that I like...I'm not fond of the firm texture and extremely mild flavor. The rice here was not bad...good flavor but I prefer a slightly fluffier, softer rice.
