365:4 I'd rather walk around the mall
I have a reputation for not liking to shop. That's not entirely accurate, but it's true that I'm not crazy about walking through crowds in the mall, or navigating the parking lot. No one likes to go to the mall with me, because I insist on parking the car and walking to the different stores - even if they are in adjoining complexes. Endless parking lot traffic and searching for a space near the door is a level of hell I'm sure. I'd also rather wait by the fountains for everyone to finish up than stay inside with the canned musak and the clueless shoppers. What is it about the possession of a shopping cart that separates people from their common sense?
