My Morcon
We only have morcon once a year and that's always for the New Year lunch. This has become my signature dish in the family: thin slices of choice beef lomo marinated in Chinese soy sauce and lemon with slices of vienna sausage, boiled eggs, carrots, pickles, cheese, and bacon strips rolled in and cooked over low fire in a broth of tomato sauce, the marinade, water, garlic and onions, and pineapple bits for 2 hours. My morcon's secret is the sauce. :-D
