Kalderetang kambing is goat meat cooked in soy sauce, coconut milk, and tomato sauce and garnished with slices of potato, carrots, red bell pepper, and garbanzos beans. Kaldereta is a fusion of Occidental and Oriental cuisines --- cooking in tomato sauce is from the Filipino Spanish heritage while that in coconut milk is very Malay.

Restaurants around here do not serve goat meat. I have had goat meat a few times, and I liked it.
