In Pinoy foodspeak, appetizer is anything that comes before the main course. Pampagana. To refresh the mouth, tickle the taste buds. But some also thought salads should be served last because they are really dessert. Panghimagas. Whichever, the vegetable salad at Sonia's Garden in Tagaytay rocks.
