Steamed mussels. Vietnamse style

We have other similiar shellfish like these in Vietnam. I cannot find them here so I use mussels.

Mussels steamed or grilled (with a little of ginger or not, it up to you). Toped with green onion which was stired in hot oil. Add some peanut. Serverd with fish sauce.
