Roasted Duckling
Yesterday it was suckling pig, today a roasted duckling! I suppose tomorrow I shall hunt some baby koala or perhaps a wee wombat.
Served with sauerkraut and spätzli at Stuyvesant's House in Crows Nest. A charming little place well worth a visit.
