Casa Bianca Prosecco Brut
Anticipating a side-trip to the Veneto region in October, I'm indulging in more prosecco these days.
This brut from Casa Bianca is perfectly enjoyable, a fine pairing to the catfish on a bed of greens which I made for dinner. Start at San Pellegrino, mix in generic white wine flavor. Refreshing, light and pleasant. Sparkling wine with a hint, just a hint, of grapefruit.
But, forgettable.
