My iPhone usage: 36 minutes a day during the week before Christmas
I think as a smartphone user, my daily smartphone screen time is not bad. I still prefer using my laptop and paper whenever possible.
And I learnt a new term here: digital refuseniks.
Even though I'm not a smartphone heavy user myself, I don't know if the article about those who "shun smartphones and thrive" is a bit overkill. Certainly there are also smartphone addicts who thrive? So what is the point? In the end, it's always been just a personal choice.
