Cycling for blind people
Helping visually impaired people to experience the joys of tandem cycling.

‘Two’s Company’ recruits sighted volunteers to pilot tandem bikes on sociable group rides. Anyone aged 8 – 80+ who is visually impaired or disabled has the chance to experience the joys and freedoms of cycling.

“It has given me confidence and I have made new friends. We all help and support each other. I have Downs Syndrome and am partially sighted so would not be able to ride a bike independently but I feel strong and fit now, I just love it” – Rachel (name changed)
